Terms of Service

Blackline Digital provides website design, development, SEO, brand identity, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, scope, and timelines are described in written proposals and statements of work sent to each client.

Project fees are quoted flat. Standard terms are 50% deposit at kickoff and 50% at launch, unless otherwise agreed. Monthly Care Plans are billed in advance. Deposits are non-refundable once design or development work begins.

Unlimited revisions are included during the design phase for the components explicitly listed in the proposal. Additional scope, extra pages, new features, or work outside the original brief is billed at $75/hr or covered by an active Care Plan.

We commit to launch windows based on timely delivery of your content, assets, and feedback. Delays on your side may push the launch date. We keep you informed throughout.

Once final payment is made, you own the delivered source code, design files, and content produced for your project. Any third-party assets (fonts, stock photography, plugins, SaaS integrations) remain subject to their own licenses, which we'll document.

We treat any non-public information you share with us as confidential. We will not disclose it except as needed to perform services or when required by law.

Services are provided "as is." While we build to high standards (accessibility, Core Web Vitals, security), we do not guarantee search rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes. Our total liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fees paid to us for the specific project in question.

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. You will be billed for work completed up to the termination date. Monthly Care Plans may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
