- To respond to your inquiry, deliver a proposal, or provide services you engaged us to perform.
- To send transactional emails (confirmations, receipts, project updates) using Resend as our email provider.
- To improve the site, our services, and our marketing.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Subprocessors
We use a small set of trusted service providers to run this site and deliver client work:
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, DNS, security.
- Supabase — database and authentication for our internal tools.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Google (Search Console, Analytics) — search performance and site analytics.
- Lovable AI — AI concierge features on this site.
5. Retention
We retain contact and booking information for as long as needed to respond to and service your request, plus a reasonable period for record-keeping. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us at blacklinedigitalllc@gmail.com.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location (including under GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. To exercise any right, contact us at blacklinedigitalllc@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

We take security seriously: TLS in transit, encrypted backups, row-level security on our databases, restricted access to production systems, and off-site backups. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect the information you entrust to us.
