How much does a website cost?

Our sites are flat-priced from $400 for a Starter build to $2,500 for a full custom Growth build. E-commerce and multi-location projects are quoted after a free discovery call. Right now, everything is 20% off during our Flash Sale.
How fast can my site launch?

Most small business sites launch in 1–7 days once we have your content and photos. E-commerce and larger custom builds typically take 2–8 weeks.
Do you offer monthly plans?
+
Yes — Care Plans start at $99/month and cover hosting, security, backups, monitoring, and up to 4 hours of content updates per month.
Is a deposit required?
+
Yes — 50% up front, 50% at launch. For projects over $1,500 we can split into 3 payments.
Do you offer refunds?
+
If we haven't started design work, yes — full refund. Once design begins, deposits are non-refundable but we'll transfer any work completed.

Will my site rank on Google?

Every site launches with the technical SEO foundation Google needs: sitemap, robots.txt, schema markup, semantic HTML, and Core Web Vitals tuned to 90+. For local businesses we also handle Google Business Profile optimization.
How long does SEO take to show results?

Technical wins (indexing, speed, schema) usually show in 2–4 weeks. Ranking improvements from content and links compound over 3–6 months.
Do you guarantee #1 rankings?

No agency worth trusting will. Google's algorithm can't be bought. What we guarantee is a transparent process, monthly reporting, and every technical box checked.
Do you help with Google Local Services / Google Guaranteed?

Yes. We help qualifying service businesses configure and get approved for Google Local Services Ads.
Hosting, security & ownership
Who owns the site when it's done?

You do. Fully. We hand over all code, assets, DNS access, and admin credentials at launch.
Do you host the site?

We can — hosting is included in our Care Plans on Cloudflare / Vercel edge infrastructure. Or we can hand off to your team.
How much does hosting cost?

Included with any Care Plan ($99+/mo). If you host it yourself, expect $0–$20/mo for a small business site.
Is my site secure?

Yes. Every site ships with SSL, security headers, a web application firewall on Cloudflare, daily backups, and monitoring.
Design & content
Do I need to write my own content?

You can, or we can. Content and copywriting are included in Growth and Pro packages. For Starter builds, we work from your existing copy or write short-form copy for you.
Do I need to provide photos?
+
Whatever you have, we'll use. If you don't have photos, we source premium stock, use AI-enhanced imagery, or coordinate a local South Florida photoshoot.
How many revisions do I get?
+
Unlimited revisions during the design phase. Once approved and coded, additional revisions are billed at $75/hr or covered under a Care Plan.
Can I edit the site myself after launch?

Yes. Every site ships with a simple CMS so you can update pages, add posts, and swap images without touching code.
